What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We will also accept checks, but your order will not ship until the check has cleared our bank (usually within 5-7 days).
Can you ship COD?
No, we will not ship orders COD.
If something arrives broken, can it be returned?
No, there is no need. If we shipped the order by FedEx - When the order leaves our warehouse all merchandise is in A-1 condition. If you receive your order and find damaged items it is because FedEx caused the damage. In this case, leave all contents of the box intact (because FedEx will want to inspect the box). Call us at
888-799-SOAP to report the damage. We will issue a damage claim with FedEx. We will also send a replacement product or order to you.
If the shipment seems to have arrived okay without any damage to the box, but you notice that one bottle of lotion (example) has leaked, call us and we will replace the lotion and any other item that it may have spoiled. Most items can be wiped off. Our labelling is resistant to liquids and will not smear. We very seldom have this occur.
If we shipped the order by U.S. Priority Mail - Call us at 888-799-SOAP and we will send a replacement order.
Can I use your product pictures and descriptions on my website?
Yes. You are allowed to use product pictures and product descriptions only. No other graphics of the website can be copied.
What is the turn around time on orders?
Once we receive the order, products are shipped usually within 24-48 hrs. There are exceptions to this, especially at the holidays.
